Services for Tommie Sue Ethridge, 56, of Hughes Springs will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2007 at Church of Christ, Hughes Springs, with Gary Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery, Hughes Springs, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Ethridge died Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at a Longview hospital. She was born October 6, 1950 in Grand Saline, Texas. She was employed at Hughes Springs ISD for 21 years. She was a member of Church of Christ, Hughes Springs. She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Bailey and one sister, Judy Scott. She is survived by her husband, Ron Ethridge of Hughes Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donny and Julie Lancaster of Hughes Springs and Shannon and Kelly Hamby of Paris; two daughters, Stephanie Lancaster and her fianc, Donnie Stephens of Hughes Springs and Crystal Ethridge and Josh Carpenter of Mt. Pleasant; and six grandchildren, Texan Lancaster, Cameron Brewer Quentin Carpenter, Heath Stephens, Paige Brewer, and Jaiden Carpenter.
