Funeral services for Tyler David Alexander will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 27, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church in Hughes Springs. Burial will follow at Cornett Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the funeral home. Tyler was born December 24, 2009 and passed away January 23, 2012. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Hubert Mathis, and Willie and Sarah Smith. Tyler is survived by his parents, Daniel and Alys Alexander; one brother Austyn Alexander; two sisters, Dalys and Abylene Alexander; grandparents, Nita and Scott Alexander, Shannon and Charles Griffin, Jason and Tammy Mathis, and Brandon Singletary; great grandparents, David and Betty Thomas, M. L. and Eva Alexander, and Nellie Mathis; aunts and uncles, Brittney Myers, Rebecca and Hunter Mathis, Daughton, Marci and Quinton Singletary, Grace and Carly Griffin, Nick and Kelly Alexander, Caroline and Grant Gifford.
