Vanessa Daisy Neal, age 63, of Longview, Texas, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, in Longview, Texas. She was born on May 8, 1962, in Jefferson, Texas.
Vanessa was mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. Her kindness, strength, spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her son, Earnest Barry Neal.
She is survived by her children: Holly Michelle Neal, Tasha Renee Neal-Franklin, Charles Herbert Lockett, Lea Hill.
Vanessa is also survived by her brother, Bobbie Lee Hill.
Her legacy continues through her 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and countless extended family and friends.
Vanessa’s memory will be cherished forever by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to share in her life.
A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
