LINDEN Funeral services for Doris Clotile King, 85, of Linden will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at Cave Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Perry Hart officiating. Burial will be in Cave Springs Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home, Inc. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, at the funeral home. Mrs. King was born April 16, 1924, in Delight, Arkansas, to Samuel W. and Lillian Hancock Wilson. She passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009 in Linden. She worked at Thikol and was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Teddy King and wife, Kayla, of Linden; four daughters, Lanita Williams, and husband Don, Thelia Price and husband, Eddie, Eva Lee and husband, Neal, and Dora Whatley, all of Linden; four brothers, Carlton Wilson and wife, Idell of Bearden, Arkansas, John Wilson and Tom Wilson of Delight, Arkansas, Bill Wilson and wife, Claudia of Grand Prairie; one sister, Dorothy Moody and husband, Dwight, of Delight, Arkansas; a special sister-in-law, Hazel King of Waldo, Arkansas; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norris King, her parents, three sisters, one brother, a grandson and a son-in law.
